Booking Policies
A $100 Retainer is required to book an appointment--it goes toward your service the day of your appointment.

Failure to give at least one week's notice of cancellation, for any reason will result in forfeiture of your retainer.

Please note that if the service is not performed after the consultation, the retainer is not refunded.
Touchup appointments for returning clients are typically booked six-to-eight weeks in advance. All appointments are subject to Sally's availability.
Per standard practice in the industry: all sales are final and there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. Results cannot be guaranteed, as factors such as skin type, body chemistry, adherence to aftercare instructions and many other variables are outside of our control.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment (no show) without notifying us before the scheduled start time, any retainer will be forfeited and you may be required to pay upfront for any subsequent service, should we decide to keep you on as a client, at our sole discretion.
There is a 15-minute grace period for the start of your appointment. After that, in order to respect the time of the other clients with appointments that day, we will reschedule your appointment. The price of this new appointment will be subject to the pricing schedule above.

Pricing and policies are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

If you had previous permanent make-up done, it has to be very faded to the point of almost no detection in order to achieve optimal results. If there is still green, blue, or red tones from your previous permanent make-up procedures, it will most likely need to be removed by laser from a trained professional before attempting microblading. Please text a photo or two to help determine if removal would be needed
Failure to inform us of any of the above conditions prior to your appointment, will result in forfeiting your retainer. We want to ensure the best results and satisfaction.
