If you don't know what is best for you, Sally will listen to your desires and be able to give you a recommendation based on what method is best for you at your appointment. Then you choose.
Per industry standard, one touch-up after the initial service is expected to improve results and make any changes/corrections due to multiple factors, such as shape, color, or how well your skin accepted the ink. This touchup will be scheduled after your inital appointment for 8-10 weeks from that date. Occasionally, depending on skin type, clients may need a second touch up. In this case, it would be at the same price of the first touchup. (See below for Touchup Pricing)
TOUCHUP PRICING:
First touchup, as long as it's done within 3 months: $100 Nano: $150
If you reschedule your first touch-up to 3-6 months from your last appointment, the touchup goes to $200/$300 for nano.
After the initial touchup appointment, clients are seen on an as-needed basis. See below for touchup pricing schedule. The price of the touchup is determined exclusively by how much time has elapsed since your last appointment:
3-6 Months: $200 with either cash or card payment
6 Months - 1.5 Years : $325 w/card/$300 w/ cash
1.5 years- 24 months : $425 with card payment, $400 with cash payment
2+ Years from last appointment: Full Priced at Cost of Virgin Brows (Must not have gone to another artist in the meantime. $50 off for cash payment will apply. Switching to Nano from any other method is $850 and you must notify us of this when booking. Your brows must be 50% faded or more for Nano to be effective. The RealNano Brow work takes 2-3x as long as any other method.

A $100 Retainer is required to book an appointment. This $100 will go towards your service the day of your appointment. Failure to give at least one week's notice of cancellation, for any reason will result in forfeiture of your retainer. To book any appointment, text 707-980-3923. My office manager, Mat, will respond within 24 hours and find a date and time that works for you. He will then text you a link to pay the $100 Retainer. You'll receive a receipt via email and you'll get a text notification confirming your appointment. NOTE: if we do not perform the service after the consultation, the retainer is non-refundable. We are currently booked 6-7 months in advance for new eyebrow service for new clientele. There is always a minimum of 8-10 weeks in advance that touchups are being booked for returning clients.
Touch-up appointments are be subject to Sally's availability. Your first touchup will be booked on the day of your initial service: at check out. Per standard practice in the industry: there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for this service. We cannot control skin-type, body chemistry, aftercare or many other variables that are outside of our control.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment (no show) and don't notify us BEFORE your scheduled time, you will be required to pay upfront for any subsequent service, should we decide to keep you as a client. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. There is a 15-minute grace period for the start of your appointment. After that, in order to respect the time of the other clients with appointments that day, we will reschedule your appointment. The cost of this new appointment will be subject to the pricing schedule above.
